Practicing both nationally and internationally from one office in Chicago, lead architect Martin F. Wolf planned the 74-floor structure as a showcase of innovative, contemporary design that combines Mandarin Oriental’s Asian heritage with a strong sense of place and presence. Independently, the Chicago firm of Booth Hansen brings a quarter-century of architectural experience to its floor plans for the tower condominiums.
