Frank Leo, Gerard Kenny and Patrick Danan have extensive experience in real estate, construction and development. They created Palladian Development in honor of Andrea Palladio, the 16th century Renaissance master who changed the face of architecture.  In this, their first project together, they were unencumbered by predictable approaches or conventional formulas, and free to set new standards for excellence.
